Abdominal movements: Your description is not specific and parasitic infections are extremely rare to cause such symptoms. Of course, rare cases happen, but that would be almost at the bottom of my list. Other possible explanations would be increased bowel peristalsis (movements). Possibly aortic pulsation may cause that. I would ask for advise of your regular doc first.
