Morning sickness : Morning sickness is very common in pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Be patient it will go away. Certain foods can make this feeling worse or better for. Each individual it is not good to induce vomiting with your finger down your throat. That will to solve the problem or make you feel, any better. It is not healthy for you to do take good care of yourself.
