Umbilical hernia?: Might be a tiny belly button hernia, especially if you have an "outie" belly button. Easy to fix with a mini-surgticakl procedure by a genearl or pediatric surgeon. Many pediatric urologists also do this kind of surgery. Certainly worth having it checked out..
