Probably no problem: If i understand you correctly, if you inserted a blade of grass into your urethra 12 years ago, it has degraded and is out of your body. That being said, if you have had chronic problems such as recurrent urinary tract infections or pain, then speaking with your doctor who may refer you to a urologist is reasonable. Otherwise i wouldn't be worried about it.
