PCOS & Hashimoto's: High testosterone, thyroid issues, hair loss are all hallmarks of polycystic ovarian syndrome and/or auto-immune thyroiditis (hashimoto's). You need to have your thyroid treated (get free T4 and free T3 (liothyronine) and reverse T3 (liothyronine) levels and thyroid antibodies checked) and should probably be started on metformin or spironolactone to lower your testosterone levels.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
