Your genetics: You'll probably have all your chest hair by age 30, usually before. Some women prefer a hairy chest, others a smooth one. About 5% of usa men have no chest hair; this included paul newman who remarked on it in an interview in the 1960's, and later it became the norm for most (not all) male celebrities to shave their chests. Get physically fit and you'll look great regardless of your genes.
