Yes: Emergency contraceptive will likely prevent conception, however risk of std remains. Pulling out during ejaculation and urinating after sex will not prevent pregnancy or stds.

Yes.: Unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy. Urinating after sex doesn't change the risk. The emergency pill can work but only if taken in time. I recommend you use condoms and spermicide each time you have sex if you don't want to father a child.
