A member asked:

I have a problem not making it to the bathroom without drizzling so to speak. is this incontinence, or what do you think it might be?

Most likely: What you are describing, an unwanted loss of urine, does sound like incontinence. A big question, though, is what is causing it. This could be anything from a bladder infection to a weak controller muscle, to another nerve or bladder problem. I would see your health care provider to get this one checked out.

Incontinence: There are many types of incontinence....Stress, overflow, etc you should research which type you might have to see if a medication or if bladder (kegel) strengthening exercises would be best. Also check with your doctor. Cut the caffeine...No liquids 3 hrs before bedtime. Could also be a med u r already on.
