Should not: Donor should not participate in extreme sports such as automobile or motorcycle racing, bob sledding or bungee jumping. Otherwise can lead a normal life avoiding excess protein or salt in diet.

Not really: In general not, but there may be extreme activities that one would be more cautious about, i.E skydiving, tackle football, boxing etc. I'm not sure it would have been a good choice for evel knievel.
