See an allergist: Treatment of severe allergies involves a combination of avoidance measures, medication and in certain instances allergy shots. See an allergist for evaluation and determination of a suitable treatment plan.

Avoid/meds/shots: After properly being diagnosed by an allergy specialist, the treatment options for inhalant allergy include avoidance (not going outside, wearing a mask while cutting grass, using a/c), symptomatic medications such as antihistamines, decongestants and prescription steroid sprays and allergy shots which immunize and suppress the allergic reaction.
