Unfortunately: I am very sorry to hear of your troubles. But, there are so many possible complications, conditions or situations to cover this broad question i think we may not find much to say here online with out more information. I would trust that your obstetrician has a more accurate guess or reason knowing your history. If you have not asked this directly of the doctor taking care of you then it is time.
