Of course: Achieving pregnancy would be the only reason to have a tubal reversal, keeping in mind that it also increases your risk of ectopic (outside the uterus) pregnancy as well. If you have had this surgery, see your doctor as soon as you find out your pregnant to verify the correct location of the pregnancy.
