"Everything???": Exercise is the starting point, not the last thing. And plastic surgery is the only way to remove loose skin and tighten stretched muscles (you can't "exercise" skin to tightness). Even with abs of steel they are stretched by pregnancy and covered by skin of flab. Surgery is the only way to restore your tummy after you lose the weight and restore tone with diet and exercise.
