Normal : The normal vascular and neurological complexes are still there. The stitches probably helped the deep layers attach giving support also.

Here are some,,,: Testicular recurrent torsion after orchiopexy may extremely rarely occur but in the cases using fast absorbable stitches like chromic catgut, not nonabsobable ones. Generally, don't worry about the fixed testis for torsion.
