I've had dry dark patchs on my body since i was about 10 had a biopsy when i was 16 couldn't figure out what it is any ideas i am mixed if that helps.

Pigmentation: If the biopsy did not show any serious condition which neede any treatment when you were 16 you do not have to worry and lead a normal life.The spots are due to increased pigmentation in the skin of no significant consequences.

Congenital moles?: Assessment cannot be made without visually examining the lesions. You can request a video consult thru Healthtaps or see a dermatologist who may re-biopsy. It should not be difficult for a pathologist to diagnose pigmented lesions microscopically
