Yes: CHF or congestive heart failure can have many symptoms including: shortness of breath with exertion, feet and leg swelling, trouble lying flat without being short of breath. Also weakness and puffinesss. If you are experiencing worsening symptoms or symptoms like these and are getting bad you should see or call a doctor soon or urgently depending on your severity of symptoms.
