When i had my first wet dream does that mean i had just started my growth spurt?

First thing you would have noticed when hormones started was increase in size of your testicles, then penis size as well as increasing bone size/muscle mass. Then you enter into the "growth phase" and then sexual maturation. May times these phases overlap, though.
