Is hypnobirthing only for natural birth plans?

Yes: It is a natural birth plan but it can be used no matter what is needed. If there is planned repeat C-section one could still use the principles and teachings. It lowers the rate of c section and epidural anesthesia but if these modalitites are needed they are done.
