Probable situation: Cymbalta/duloxetine is an snri anti-anxiety & anti-depressant medication that can be very effective but also can have side effects. Was this the first time the medication was taken? What was the dose of the medication? The therapeutic effect of the medication does not occur that quickly but side effects are often early on & temporary. Side effects are worse at higher dose & early on in general.
