Personal physician: Get a urinalysis and ask your physician to test the specific gravity after you go for a while without drinking -- see if you have one of those illnesses and semi-illnesses in which it's hardet to concentrate your urine. For example, a little-known fact is that sickle-cell carriers tend to lose this around your age. Best wishes.

Diabetes check: Your regular physician can check your urine to see if you have a problem and refer you to a urologist if necessary.
