Stretch marks: Stretch marks are actually scars in the deep layer of skin and generally don't go away. Most topical treatments won't work but prevention/minimization during formation may help with topical creams like cocoa butter. I typically use 5-6 fractional laser treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart to reduce the appearance of stretch marks but complete resolution typically not possible.
