Infectious process: Fevers/all these symptoms connote infectious process of bacterial or viral usually and can fluctuate making you feel better off and on if it is low grade problem, need to get checked out for infectious process, inflammatory tests such as white cell and sed rate blood analysis as well as many others to determine the cause of the possible inflammatory infectious process going on.
