Nodes on CT: This is the radiologist describing how the lymph nodes look...They were easily seen and were separate from the surrounding tissue. As opposed to having strands or invading adjacent tissues, or another favorite is "cannot separate from adjacent organs". It doesn't tell you if there is anything going on in the nodes. It is purely like looking at a picture and trying to put it into words.
