Dear mam:: Treating a "white patch (pigment)" around your son's mouth using natural remedies is not advisable when you do not know what it is. Treating an unknown with an unknown is not a wise thing to do. You owe it to your son, take him to a dermatologist, get diagnosed and receive proven treatment, and that treatment is likely to be natural. He should be on a balanced diet regardless of the "white patch".
