Thyroid+Infertility: First things first. Because you're taking synthroid (thyroxine), (thyroxine) make sure your TSH is normal, if not optimized. Pregnancy will affect your synthroid (thyroxine) dose so TSH needs to be repeated regularly. Next, ask family doc for preconception counseling & prenatal vitamin. Then figure out why you're amenorrheic (no periods). Need to figure out reason for no periods as that impacts ovulation & pregnancy. Good luck!
