Acetaminophen overdo: The body does metabolize the acetaminopen. However you should seek care in a hospital. The real issues is the damage to the liver from the aceaminophen. This has to be watched carefully and treated accordingly. In some instances the liver damage may be permanent depending on the amount taken.
