Evaluate with MD: To evaluate why your periods are irregular, see an md. They may check your thyroid, pituitary. May perform an ultrasound. If your periods are more frequent than once a month you could have fibroids or a polyp. If you are very thin or overweight, this could affect too. If you are missing a lot of periods, you might need to get tested for pcos. Bottom line... See a doc and get checked.
