Vaginismus: Vaginismus is involuntary closing of the distal third of the virginal opening . It has a lot to do with psychological /emotional factors . I wonder what your girlfriend's emotional state when you are having on average of 3 x a day continuously sex. She may be resenting it . You need to talk to her how she is feeling about it . You may need professional counselor if the issue does not resolve
