See a GYN or derm: Why do you think this? If there are lesions, have them cultured. The blood test will not turn pos until 2 weeks. If the blood test is pos before then, it indicates previous infection. The blood test can differentiate type 1 (cold sore on face) from type 2 (genital) herpes. If there is concern, Acyclovir or valacyclovir are very effective & completely safe. If in doubt take either of these pills.
