Residual blood: The soreness you are experiencing could be probably due to prolonged rough sex performed while in an uncomfortable position. The blood could just be a residual from your period but a persistent bleeding needs a speculum exam to see any pathology of the cervix, vaginal canal or intrauterine cavity.
