Can rubbing alcohol be use as a treatment for adhesive allergy?

Confusing question: Rubbing alcohol can certainly be helpful in getting any adhesive residue off the skin of anyone who is sensitive to that residue. As far as any benefit after that, i don't think there is one. You certainly can't drink it, and continued application to the skin will just dry it out.
