Probably not: It is not uncommon to have 1 irregular period, however, it may be a sign of pregnancy, polyps, or other abnormalities. I would recommend first taking a pregnancy test if there is any possibility of pregnancy and if negative and it happens again, you should see your gynecologist.

May be normal: It is normal to have a cycle every 28 days +/- 7 days. If you are 10days late (and that is not normal) for you, then perform home pregnancy test. It's difficult for every month of your life to have a cycle spot on, year after year. Totally normal for a cycle to vary a little here and there. If sexually active, we recmommend birth control, if no cycle in a month , see your dr.
