Ginger: I am side stepping your direct question. If your stomach problems & nausea trigger your panic attacks - why not get right to the GI issues. Have your tried ginger? Ginger tea, ginger capsules, crystallized ginger? It is wonderful for reducing nausea & upset GI tract. If you calm the storm in you gut - you may have much less need for anxiolytics. Take care.

Neither, actually: Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide is librax, (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) a commonly used medication for functional GI disorders. The brand name isn't available in the us any longer, but generics are. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine like cholordiazepoxide is -- thus, habit forming. I've seen some people's panic attacks have strong GI symptoms like nausea, but primary treatment is still ssri's and psychotherapy (esp cbt).
