Masturbation: Normal: Masturbation is a normal and common part of the human experience. Every boy you know masturbates and every man you know does or has as well. There is no health or medical reason to not masturbate so there is absolutely no reason to stop. Now, if your sexual activity is getting in the way of school or work then perhaps slowing down is fine. But, you cannot and should not stop being sexual.

Too Much Good Thing?: You might want to take a look what the "go ask alice" online q&a service run by columbia u's school of public health: http://bit.Ly/17krv3h. "alice" suggests questions to ask yourself about your patterns of masturbation, your attitudes about it, etc. She points out that different people have very different masturbation habits. There is a wide range of experience.
