Hard to tell: At your age, the most common thing causing this discharge is pregnancy. However, periods can come early and occasionally your bleeding can be different. If this is the first time it happened and you may be pregnant, do a preg test at home. If not pregnant, then see your gyn if this continues as there are many causes for these symptoms.

Discharge: Rule out pregnancy first. If it's positive, see your doc immediately, you may be having miscarriage or ectopic. If negative, another reason could be ruptured ovarian cyst. An ultrasound may confirm it. Again, you will need to see your doc for that.
