Infectious Disease: Given that you used the word kids....Plural this has to be an infectious disease. Without seeing it i would hesitate to get any more specific. If the children are not feverish, lethargic or getting worse this may all pass without incident. But, if they are worsening, feverish or in any way sedate they may have to be seen by the family physician.
