My cycles are very irregular. 29th jan 2012 scan said 11w1..crl 44mm..edd 18th august. i don't remeber my lmp. could i have concieved 5th december 2012?

Maybe: A conception date of 12/5 corresponds to edd of august 28th. There is no test that can date conception more accurately than a 1 week window. First trimester ultrasound is accurate within 5-7 days. 2nd trimester ultrasound has accuracy of +/_ 2 weeks. Lmp dating also assumes a 28 day cycle.
