Scar or tendon: Sorry to hear about your sprain. The scar tissue around the area can sometimes be weaker than normal ligament, it can chronically get weak and recurring swelling and pain can happen. Also, the peroneal tendons can also be damaged. Hope this helps.

Do not run: Without a brace. If pain still present see foot and ankle specialist.

Have it re-evaluated: Ankle pain following and injury may last a long time. The pain may be due to a fracture, sprains, arthritis, or a soft tissue injury involving the tendon, ligaments or nerves . Have the foot evaluated so that you may get the appropriate care.

Repeat the test: Sometimes it takes up to a weeks for the urine test to turn +. If you feel pregnant and continue to have a negative urine test i suggest that you have the more definitive blood test.

Water retention: It could be other things, but probably some lingering hormonal changes like water retention. If you think pregnancy is possible, then do a test.

I have puss on tonceles and large bumps on back of tongue and throat but don't hurt. Do u know what could be wrong?

Probably normal: If you do not have pain and no fever then this may be normal. All of our tongues have bumps on the back of them and just maybe you never noticed them. The tonsils can collect debris and dead cells that slough off and these can collect as small white plugs in the tonsil itself. If there is no pain it is unlikely that you have an infection.

Not usual for disk: With the muscular atrophy and neuritis, it might be best to undergo further testing. There are many possible causes, including diabetes, autoimmune, endocrine, to mention a few. At your age, a complete workup is indicated.
