Anorgasmia: I will need more information. Is it that you cannot ejaculate or have an orgasm? Or you do have an orgasm but do not ejaculate? It can be that scar tissue or a trauma will make your prostate send the ejaculate into the bladder. If you cannot ejaculate then this is most likely caused by a medication side effect. Either way you should see a doctor about this.
