Semen analysis: Price is generally $100-$150. Actually takes <1 hour to do depending on the lab.

Sperm testing: The cost of the semen analysis can vary widely from one clinic to another. Expect to spend about $85 for a brief semen analysis and about $135 for a full semen analysis and sperm morphology test. The results are usually available in two or three days. How long it takes to provide the specimen is up to you.

No average cost: There really is no 'average' cost: many offices charge between $100-200, insurance companies often reimburse $10 or less. It varies regionally. I'd call commercial labs such as quest for their client rates. You could also call local doctor's offices that perform the test. It takes a tech around 10 minutes to do an uncomplicated semen analysis, so turnaround is quick.
