Blepharoplasty : Lower droopy lids can be caused by multiple reasons; there can be excess skin, fat , laxity of the lid itself or a combination of all three. The best way to improve these issues is through surgery. In some cases a blepharoplasty with lid tightening, laser or chemical peels can enhance the result.
