Risk factors: Include smoking, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and family history. Usually you need two risk factors. Rarely the case with only one risk factors. Ldl above 100 is also a risk factor, even with normal cholesterol.

Cholesterol alone: Does not determine who gets CAD and who doesn't...That would make things easy. You are very, very low risk because of age. Strong family history increases your risk 2-3x.
