Sex: Having regular unprotected (vaginal) intercourse is enough for the vast majority of people. At least every-other-day for the 2nd and 3rd weeks of your cycle will increase your probability. No special diet, positions, or medications should be needed.
Start taking a prenatal vitamin, and see your doctor if it has been more than 1 year since you started trying to conceive.

Dietary supplement: Primeve is a dietary supplement containing primrose oil, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6 and Vitamin E. None of these ingredients are specialized for fertility or ovulation. In addition evening primrose oil can induce labor. Instead, try taking a prenatal vitamin that contains folic acid.
