I have a few annoying zits that i want to get rid of. is there anything that i can do at home to make them go away or at least less noticeable?

Some options . . .: For treatment of acne, over-the-counter Benzoyl Peroxide Gel or cream can be quite helpful. If desired, a doctor may add an antibiotic gel or cream such as Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) gel. If more help is needed, prescription retinoids such as Retin-A or differin gel can be used instead of benzoyl peroxide. Oral antibiotics such as tetracycline are sometimes used.
