Adjunct: It's a moderately strong estrogen which is probably how it exerts its effects. Some young men get breasts from using it. There are much more effective ways of treating acne (benzoyl peroxide, physician-prescribed meds), and if somebody is preventing you from getting effective treatment because of a superstitious preference for "natural healing", you have my sympathy. Call your doctor. Cheers.
