Scientific Rx: You already have scarring and still have acne and this should not be happening. Please get with a competent primary care physician; we can treat all but the most serious acne fairly easily. If someone who "doesn't believe in doctors" is interfering with your getting health care, talk with another trustworthy adult. Good luck.

Acne treatment: There are various options -- otc: you can try salicylic acid cleansers and topical benzoyl peroxide gels. If you visit a dermatologist , there are many many more treatments that can be offered.
