Cool foods: First learn not to eat spicy foods. Zantac (ranitidine) may help as may antacids like tums. Cool foods like cucumbers and pears may also offer some relief. Peppermint oil may also offer some relief as it s great for digestive issues. Homeopathic nux vomica may also be useful.
