How do you know: How do you know that it is your liver that is hurting, you mean you have pain in right side of abdomen and that can happen with nyquil, how much nquil liquid did you drink.If it persists see your doctor.Nyquil contains acitamnophen, alcohol (unless you had alcohol free)and dextromethorphan.Do not drink any more nyquil liquid for now.
