Antihealing: As injured skin heals, the body creates inflammation to do so which means fresh blood goes to the area and with it, many kinds of healing factors and cells. That drug is an antiinflammatory and so it will slow down the healing of an open skin injury. For rashes that itch, it is a good idea, for open wounds, no!, intact skin needs to have good protective skin cream applied daily and as needed.
