Not sure: I assume that you mean semen and not sperm. Sperm are the little microscopic tadpole looking buggers that swim around. If you think he has chunky sperm then you would have to be looking at it under a microscope. Following ejaculation the semen does thicken and then after about 30-60 minutes it liquifies. He could get a semen analysis to check it out.
